As soap making often involves corrosive chemicals and hot oils and liquids only purchase our products if you are 18 years or older.

Postage and delivery times

We aim to send all orders within 1 working day.
However we are small business and during the summer months will often be working at events and festivals over the weekends meaning we may occassionally be out of the office and unable to send orders between Friday and Monday.
We will always endevour to dispatch paid orders as soon as possible.

Returns and cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order please let us know as soon as possible using the contact form.
If your order has already been sent or you wish to return an order for any reason let us know within 14 working days. We will provide a return address (this can also be found on the original packaging) and your order will be refunded as soon as it is returned to us.

Privacy policy

We take customer privacy very seriously and keep only the minimal records necessary for tax purposes and to deliver our service to you.

We will not share your information to any third parties.
